Family Contact Services
The Project Phoenix Family Contact Service is an extension of our family residential centres, from which we learned of the need for safe spaces for families to connect.
The Project Phoenix Family Contact Service is led by our Social Worker Coordinator, who will work alongside families to best support their needs, using a person-centred approach.
Our service provides a comfortable and engaging space for families to explore during their contact session.
