Living at Project Phoenix
At Project Phoenix we create an atmosphere of homeliness and day to day living to prepare families for the next steps in their journey. With the facilities available and the guidance of our team, we create an environment that ensures safety and encourages personal growth.

Supporting Families
We are a team that specialises in family assessments, that pride ourselves on our duty to care, support and safeguard the families at Project Phoenix. We offer 1:1 support coinciding with our bespoke support plans, which are adapted to the individual needs of each resident.

Our Community
Project Phoenix is based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, at the heart of the town centre. Within our community we have built rapports with facilities and organisations that are a benefit to the residents of Project Phoenix. Utilising these amenities, our support exceeds our residency, as we have a network of baby groups, counsellors, fitness trainers and other facilities akin.

Programmes and Assessments
During the flexible pre-arranged placements residents will undertake a Parental or PAMS assessment. A placement plan will be set around a series of programmes that support development. Residents will be working alongside an assigned keyworker with goals checklists to keep them on their path to transformation.
